Today’s move: Glute Bridges 🔥

This simple but effective exercise helps strengthen your core, glutes, and lower back—key areas for relieving low back and hip pain, and boosting performance in everyday activities.

✅ How to do it:

Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor

Engage your core and glutes

Lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees

Hold for 2–3 seconds, then lower slowly

Repeat for 6-8 reps and 3-4 sets
