Between my health coaching class, ART Fascia, Ironman expo, corporate work & adding marathon training into the mix, this year is already looking pretty nuts.

I’m loving this season - wanting to make sure we keep up progress & making gains with clients. Encouraging all to go ahead and jump on my schedule as far out as you’re able to!
