Don’t miss the amazing Angelica Antommarchi tomorrow to ring in Yoga Fest following the opening 9:00 AM class!

A Jacksonville Native and someone who’s learning new ways every day to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga has been a practice that has changed me and healed me in so many ways throughout the years from physical, emotional, mental, spiritual you name it! I’ve completed the 200-hr YTT summer immersion program at Yoga Den Mandarin and it was the best thing I’ve ever done! I am also a Certified Integral Sound Practitioner through the Sound Healing Academy and Certified Sound Practitioner through Syzygy Sound Healing, Meditation, Yoga.
What I offer is a full body immersive experience with sound, frequency, and vibration! This can be done privately 1:1, Couples, Small/Large groups. I utilize Himalayan Bowls on and off the body, 432hz Crystal bowls, Buffalo Drum, Weighted and Unweighted Tuning Forks, Rattles/Shakers, Gongs and other instruments to create a journey with sound. It’s truly an honor to share Sound with you all!

Alyson Foreacre, ERYT-500, co-founded Yoga Den in Jacksonville, Florida in 2002. She stepped outside of the “traditional” box and developed her own signature class styles for Yoga Den, offering something for every level of strength and flexibility, with a welcoming “no judgment, listen to your body” philosophy. To accommodate her growing need for safe and knowledgeable instructors, Alyson developed the Yoga Den Teacher Training school in 2004, which became the first Yoga Alliance accredited yoga school in Jacksonville, FL. Alyson loves teaching weekly classes at her studio, Yoga Den Mandarin, and continues to direct and educate for the Yoga Den Teacher Training school.

Come see Alyson kick off yoga fest at 9:00 AM accompanied by Brooke playing her guitar & jamming! Make sure to arrive with enough time to secure a spot, bring your own mat & see you at the fest!

Ann Bianco 👏🏻
In 1972 my Mother took me to my first yoga class. I didn’t understand what all the fuss was about, I was 10 and could bend in every which way. I tried yoga again, on and off, for many years.

In 2015 I started to get serious about my yoga practice when I was in prison, and with it my gratitude practice. Practicing yoga was for me, a way to escape. When I was thinking about my postures, my breathing, and trying not to fall over, I was no longer in prison.

It was there that people first asked me to teach. I told them I wasn’t a yoga teacher, but I would share my practice… which I did for the next 4 years.

I was released from prison on July 24th, 2019. I had no job, no money, my house had been repossessed by the bank, and my driver’s license had been revoked for life. And I had never been happier. I was so lucky to have my yoga practice to lean on. It was then that I found . I did my teachers training with Yoga 4 Change and have been teaching with them ever since.

I’m still just sharing my practice. My passion is sharing yoga with people who are new to yoga or might never have taken it if it weren’t for Yoga 4 Change. My hope is maybe they can get some of the many gifts from yoga that I have gotten. Or at least we can all share a good time and get away together for 60 minutes. Come see Ann for a 55 minute yoga class at 2:00 PM on Saturday!
