We regret to inform our amazing clients that there has been a SNAFU with our contract at the MWR Fitness center.

They did not get our contract renewal information for us to sign for the new year. This has lost us our contract for massage services, for the time being, at the fitness center.

Any and all appointments at the Fitness Center will be canceled until such time as we have a new contract, if and when MWR decides that will be us. 🤞

We would like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience this has caused. As always, we appreciate every single one of our clients and are doing everything we can to remedy the situation.

Once again, we need to let everyone know that the MWR Fitness Center at Mayport, is having AC issues. It has been 80°+ in our massage offices for the past week.

We have a portable ac unit and fans but it is keeping 80°+ in each room if we close the doors fully. Many of our clients are having us keep the doors ajar and locking us in via the front door. (Totally up to you.)So fans and the portable can keep us somewhat cooler while we work. We can keep it right about 79-80° with them ajar.

Hot yoga is a thing. Hot massage will NEVER be a trend. 🥵 We are doing our best with what we have to work with. 🫶🙏

Please let us know if you have any questions or would like to reschedule.

Please also be aware, we do not have a time frame for repairs.

Today's scheduled appointments are not looking good. If you have an appointment scheduled today or the next few, please reach out before arriving to make sure we have AC.
It was 80° in our space at 9am on Saturday morning, before the heat of the day hit. The lack of air flow makes is uncomfortable & unsafe for us to massage in. Today is to be higher heat indexes. 🥵

🚨 Fitness Center AC Outage & Women’s Locker Room Closure🚨

The women’s locker room will be closed Tuesday, April 22 to repair the shower valves. Also, the air conditioning in the fitness center is down. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to get everything back up and running as soon as possible. Thank you for bearing with us!

Our offices will be closed until further notice. 🙏

‼️Now set Condition of Readiness TWO no later than 1800 local time, Oct. 8, 2024.‼️

⛔️Once COR 2 is set at 1800, the base will shift to mission essential personnel only. Only personnel with a mission essential card or base resident card will be permitted on base.

🍕Pizza delivery guy is (unfortunately) NOT mission essential. 🥺

🚔At COR 2, only the Main Gate will be open for inbound and outbound traffic.

🚙🛻For your safety, please remain indoors and off the roads during this time. The storm could result in downed trees and power lines and put you at risk! Your presence on the road could also delay our emergency response and/or damage assessments.

🚫Consider most facilities closed on Wednesday and Thursday - to include Clinic, chapel, NEX (on and off base), Commissary, gyms, and restaurants.

🌊🏝️Our beach will close once COR 2 is set!

⛈️Expect to remain at COR 2 throughout Wednesday, Thursday and potentially into Friday. The base will not shift back to COR 5 automatically after the storm has passed until damage assessments and significant safety concerns have been addressed. Safety is our priority!
