Last May, Ahola Tackett went in the ER with a heavy headache. They discovered a mass in her brain and did a surgery after Memorial Day. The biopsy showed her having stage 4 metastatic adenocarcinoma from the lung. (The lung only has a small mass in it). The oncologist, surgeon and doctor are more co...

Hi peeps, going to update on this page instead of our personal walls. First of all, thank you all for the birthday wishes and videos, we appreciated it very much. Ahola had her radiation #1 and #2 of #10. She is pretty okay, but tired. We also want to thank those who reached out and donate. We will try our best to keep y'all updated of Aloha's journey.
Some of you have asked us if there are other ways to help us out other than the meal train page. Yes, you may if you want to. those are the ways you can..either ask us for our address, or
Cashapp $auntiesari5 ; Venmo and put in the memo for Aloha's expenses. We recognize that costs related with cancer are expensive, even after insurance payout. She will need nutrition, protein drinks, and creams for the radiation burns. we will expect more. So we are going to be creative with our funding. we are in the process of making keychains, popup for phone (need to get a better vendor for the popup), and possibly some t-shirts if possible. The small items are easier to make and send at low cost.
be on the lookout in a few weeks for the items. Makes great birthday, Christmas or anytime gifts!

Last May, Ahola Tackett went in the ER with a heavy headache. They discovered a mass in her brain and did a surgery after Memorial Day. The biopsy showed her having stage 4 metastatic adenocarcinoma from the lung. (The lung only has a small mass in it). The oncologist, surgeon and doctor are more concerned about the masses in the brain. She had a second surgery after the 4th of July. She is at home recovering. She will start radiation on her birthday (July 31) for her brain mass for 2 weeks daily. Then after that, will start on a new plan as determined by the oncologist.

With this being said, a few of you that have known asked what or how they can help us…. One way is a meal train, or doordash/Walmart digital gift cards, so we can focus on her healing. For locals, contact us before bringing or ordering food/groceries/supplies. We do have cashapp, Venmo, FB pay.
Contact us on either of our FB messenger, email auntiesari5@gmail.com or text 8598666286.

We appreciate the well wishes, cards, support, visitations, and calls. Most of all, your support.
