Allowing your shoulder blades to flap all over the place?!
We all know that the smaller the ROM, the easier the rep.
‼️Protracting at the top of a rep not only increases ROM, but it also collapses your arch and compromises support from your upper back.
✅So if you want a STRONGER, PAIN-FREE bench, work on MAINTAINING scap position between reps.
Stop protracting.
