This past Saturday, many in our community did not receive their normal support to access food (SNAP) due to the government shutdown. Greenhouse is devoted to supporting our neighbors, so we are currently collecting food and supplies for donation to local food pantries serving families in need.

Suggested donation items:
-Proteins: Canned chicken, tuna, salmon, or other meats
-Beans & Grains: Canned or dry beans, rice, pasta, oatmeal, and cereal
-Snacks: Granola bars, protein bars, crackers, nuts, pretzels, cookies, and dried fruit
-Canned/Dry goods: Canned fruits & vegetables, tomatoes/tomato sauce, soup, peanut butter
-Kid-friendly items: Shelf-stable milk products, baby food pouches, applesauce, mac & cheese
-Personal care & cleaning supplies: Travel size hygiene products, pads & tampons, hand wipes
-Special occasion items: Cake mix & frosting can help families celebrate special events

HEALING BEYOND BELIEF: PROCESSING RELIGIOUS TRAUMA

If your experiences of religious trauma are often overlooked or minimized, Healing Beyond Belief will provide you with shared understanding, validation, and therapeutic tools for recovery.

Through this group, we aim to support you in reclaiming your voice, exploring your values and identity outside of religion, and moving toward integration in a way that aligns with your individual healing process.

This space will be LGBTQIA+ friendly and neurodivergent affirming.

1 hour sessions at our office, in-person, every other week, starting mid-November!

Who is this group for?
• Adults (18+)
• Recovering from recent or past religious trauma
• Any religious and cultural background

What will we talk about?
• Overcoming guilt, shame, and fear
• Grief and loss
• Family & social relationships post-trauma
• Strengthening autonomy & identity
• Rebuilding personal beliefs and values

How do we pay?
• We accept the following insurance: Aetna,
BCBS/FL Blue, Cigna (Self-Pay: $30)
