Something I see in practice, more often than not, is individuals not prioritizing themselves. Whether it is self-care, hobbies, boundaries, personal/alone time, or putting their own needs first, I always hear from clients that they 'don't have the time'.

Making yourself a priority does not have to take up a lot of time! It can be buying yourself a coffee, giving yourself 10 extra minutes in bed, or not answering calls or texts. How are you going to make yourself a priority today?
