• Monday and Tuesday 9 am-5:30 pm
• Wednesday 10-7 pm
• Thursday no appointments
• Friday 9-5 pm
We will try to accommodate your health and wellness needs and get you in as soon as possible if available times do not fit your schedule.

Lifestyle changes can be tough to make. We all have such busy lives, it’s difficult to confront the idea of making changes let alone doing so. A significant part of what I do during a treatment session or consultation is encourage my patients to make a shift. I can almost see the wheels turning and the barriers coming up alongside thoughts of “I don’t have free time now, how can I add anything in?!” My response is always the same—One day at a time. Try one new approach to make a daily change and see if your life is improved. What if that one change made everything else in your life fall into place? I’ve seen it happen!

Happy Birthday to Traditional Chinese Medicine! Since 1929, March 17th has been recognized as the birthdate of Chinese Medicine, although the origins of TCM date back over 3000 years (that’s a lot of candles on the cake!).

The ancient practices still provide the foundation for how we treat physical and emotional health, but today’s practices are adjusted for modern American life. I integrate Eastern medicine into busy lifestyles to maximize the benefit for my patients.
