This morning’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s kickoff breakfast hosted by Grand Living at Tamaya was full of energy, purpose, and inspiration. As Team Captain for Amada Senior Care, I was proud to represent our amazing team as we gathered with other passionate leaders, volunteers, and advocates in the fight against Alzheimer’s.

At Amada, we see firsthand how Alzheimer’s impacts families—and we’re walking for them. Today reminded me just how powerful this community is when we come together with a shared mission.

Had an incredible time supporting the inaugural Pickle With a Purpose pickleball tournament for the Twilight Wish Foundation - an amazing organization dedicated to improving the lives of seniors in our community. After a torrential downpour, the skies cleared, the courts dried and the fun began.

The event combined fun, teamwork, and a great cause, raising funds to grant wishes to deserving local seniors. It was inspiring to see so many people come together to make a difference - both on and off the court!

Grateful for the opportunity to be part of something meaningful. Huge thanks to Amada Senior Care for the generous support as the event title sponsor. I appreciate my fellow organizers, volunteers, and every player who brought their energy and generosity.

Looking forward to staying involved and seeing what’s next!
