CEO Dr. Kadambi showed his team members how much they are appreciated and valued by passing out holiday gifts of either a honey baked ham, honey baked turkey or cheesecake. Dr. Kadambi was joined by his senior leaders as they drove to each satellite clinic to personally deliver the gifts.

The team members expressed their gratitude for the gifts and some even teared up at the gesture. It was a week full of laughter, smiles, words of encouragement and support as Dr. Kadambi shook hands and gave heartwarming hugs of appreciation to the team.

🚨 Welcome to the Team, Breona Harris, CSR! 🚨

Breona officially attended orientation on 11/18 and is ready to bring her expertise and passion to our organization. We're thrilled to have Breona join us and are confident that her contributions will make a positive impact as we continue to grow and innovate in the healthcare space. We look forward to seeing Breona thrive as part of our incredible team!
On day one, Breona had this to say about her experience at UFJPI:

“I feel like UFJPI is set apart due to the welcoming and ‘homey’ feel. It blew my mind that all of the managers and higher ups came and ate lunch with us. It felt like we were one big family! … During the whole orientation, there was very little talk about money and alot of talk about hospitality and extraordinary patient care. I can say personally, I have seen UF go above and beyond for me, as I had my first child at UF as well as my mother-in-law, who won her battle with breast cancer due to the amazing environment and the care from staff. I am so excited to start this new journey here at UF Health JPI!”
