From my dear Freind Cliff. This man is inspiring is an understatement.

I’m going to share this because it really captures what matters.

"Good people—real people—surround themselves with other real people. At the end of the day, you become a product of who you speak to and who you allow to pour into your life. And when you have mature men and women—people who have been in the game as long as we have—speaking truth, you start to realize it’s not all about muscle. It’s not about surface-level things.

Most of the people I call friends are people like you—people of character, people with heart. They speak the same way, carry themselves the same way, and genuinely want good for others. There’s something powerful about living a life focused on helping people, and then finding others walking that same path alongside you.

That kind of purpose doesn’t take the weight off you—it gives the weight meaning. When you’re called to give to others, it’s not easy. It requires sacrifice. It means giving your time, your energy, and parts of your life to help others—young men, young women—become better.

That’s why I’ve been working toward transitioning my gym into a nonprofit—to make a bigger impact and reach people on a deeper level. This is my ministry. My father was a Pentecostal pastor, and I’ve found my calling through health and fitness—helping people become better, wherever they’re starting from.

I tell people all the time: I can’t promise you a six-pack. I can’t promise you’ll lift insane weight. But I can promise you this—we will work to find the best version of you.

And it all starts with who you surround yourself with. People who think like you, who challenge you, who believe in growth, and who value health—in every sense of the word."

People only care about themselves and not owners or equipment. People like this ruin things and privileges for others.. Be respectful. You were able to put them on there so take it back off. Same with weights pixk and put up your weights.
