Got in an early morning “cycle core flow” with my sister at

Experienced my first cycle class!! What the heck was I afraid of???.. not sure but know I know what to expect in the future. The whole class was awesome and everyone I met was incredibly helpful and nice!! Loved the experience and worked up a sweat!!! 😅

Accountability while on “vacation” … and avoiding all the “sweets” so far😎👊💯

USMT will be teaching the IASTM Certification course September 19-21st for the NC AMTA association in New Bern NC!!

20 CE credits
MUST ATTEND ALL 3 DAYS!!!

AMTA members 500.
Non AMTA members 650.
