What a Fantastic Day spent with my son & his little family! ❤️

We did all the things~ breakfast, bike riding, sightseeing, sitting by the 🔥 fire, working together to put Thanksgiving dinner together .. it was delicious 😋
Sitting by the fire again and topped it off with a Drive thru the Festival of Lights ~ So Beautiful ❤️

So this happened today!!!
Busted up some more “heel spurs”… s**t I swear there’s an epidemic with them! 6th client in 2 weeks that we have eradicated the presence of these pesky pain causing bandits!! 😂😬😂😬😂

Used our USMT IASTM 🧰⚒️ tool for the job!

was an absolute champ!!
Flushed thru her quads - The “Holcomb Roll” set the tone, addressed tension in the hamstrings & calfs … worked it all out~ once those heel spurs were resolved … she felt immediate relief 😎👊💯
At this point, we got her in a cold 🥶 plunge for her feet & heels - 15 minutes of ice cold water to reduce that inflammation and of course earning herself a pair of RED SOCKS!!! 😂😂
