When people say that the Marine Corps is a small close knit family- they ain’t wrong!! These two Marines have a special place in my heart ♥️ ~ they both helped and supported me at Wallace Creek when I first moved back to Camp Lejeune in 2013 to work with Marines!…. You know provide that “bone crushing” special brand of Sports Massage that everyone has come to love and appreciate (one way or another 😂😂) They loved the CRUSHERY!! ~ whether it was eradicating a pesky “heel spur”, frozen shoulder, back, hip or knee issues - they knew I would get them back in the “fight”!!

The universe is a funny thing because this morning and I taught an ice treatment class to a group of athletic trainers and I was able to tell funny stories about the both of them!! 🩷

Today was pretty spectacular- spent it with my friend and fellow massage therapy colleague! We traded Massage and then set up the office for the IASTM class here in Cincinnati- it’s been a great day!

Love being able to have meaningful conversations about our profession, our techniques we use, various client experiences .. just being able to share ❤️

Another incredible sports massage, IASTM technique CE class with the amazing group of Athletic Trainers of the II Marine Expeditionary Force ~ MCB Camp Lejeune!

Cassidy & I had a great time sharing our knowledge & skill set to these ATC’s who will help so many of our Marines!!
