Stress impacts our lives more than we know, that is why it is important to have a proper stress management protocol in place. Especially with our western culture of constantly being on the go. You are more than likely stressed and do not even know it. Take a deep breathe and slowly exhale, do you feel better then you are more than likely stressed at some level. Take 90 minute a week just to relax unwind. Get a massage, go for a walk. spend time in a sauna, or Steam room. This time needs to be away from your phone.
