Noel Roman, LCSW, is welcoming patients at UF Health Family Medicine – Crystal Springs. He is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 25 years of experience, specializing in counseling multicultural families and veterans. He counsels families and individuals ages 18 and older experiencing anxiety, bereavement, depression, family related issues, mood, psychotic and substance use disorders, PTSD and trauma. Mr. Roman also provides opioid risk assessments. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Our Story

The UF Health Family Medicine – Crystal Springs practice located at 11043 Crystal Springs Road in Jacksonville opens Jan. 6, 2020.

Medical Director Sofia Muenyi, MD, is board-certified in family medicine. She treats patients of all ages, from infants through adulthood. In addition to general health care services, Dr. Muenyi also provides women’s health services and management of chronic medical conditions, such as arthritis, asthma, depression, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Dr. Muenyi is fluent in English and Spanish.

Office hours will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Same-day acute care appointments will be available.
