Introducing GRUB CLUB at our Southpoint clinic! 🥕🍎

Grub Club is a group feeding activity designed just for our ABA clients to explore new foods in a fun, engaging, and low-pressure way. On select days each month, children are grouped with peers of similar ages to try simple snacks, fruits, and vegetables, all while keeping health and nutrition in mind.

The goal?
✨ Exposure to a variety of foods
🎨 Exploring different textures and colors
😊 Trying new foods without pressure
🤝 Practicing positive group behaviors like waiting, sharing, and tolerating new experiences

Because learning can (and should) be deliciously fun! 💛
