Rule #1 of baking: no matter how much butter you buy, it won't be enough

Rule #2 of baking: get Cream of Tarter. I know you bought it last year, you won't be able to find it

Rule #3 of baking: after you run to the store for more butter, it still won't be enough

Rule #4 of baking: no, you can't use margarine

Rule #5 of baking: you are finished when all the butter is used up. Yes, you will have extra flour and sugar, probably enough to last a month
