Did you know that a staggering 96 million US adults are living with prediabetes? Shockingly, 80% of them remain unaware of their condition. A recent study has revealed a groundbreaking finding: lifestyle changes are twice as effective as taking medication in treating prediabetes!

Many of my followers reached out to me regarding the effectiveness of the "fasting" method and hence, I decided to open a well rounded holistic 90-day wellness program called NEWME. We have been getting wonderful results in this program reversing pre diabetes.
