It's Self Care Sunday and what better way to be kind to your body with this OnGuard Pumpkin Smoothie. It's said when you start off with a really good breakfast that your being good to you.
Pumpkin Smoothie Ingredients:
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2-3 drops of OnGuard
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
2 frozen bananas
1 cup ice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
2. If desired add whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
