First Coast Allergy and Asthma We help infants, children, and adults with allergic rhinitis, asthma, eczema, and food allergies. We strive to provide the best care possible in town.

First Coast Allergy and Asthma was founded in 2005 by Dr. Sanjay Swami. Dr. Swami moved to Jacksonville in 2003 after completing his training at Johns Hopkins Asthma and Allergy Center. He is board-certified in allergy and immunology by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. We see children of all ages and adults for evaluation and treatment of allergic rhinitis, asthma, eczema, food allergy, drug allergy, insect allergy, chronic sinusitis, immunodeficiency, and hives. As a father of two young children, ages 9 and 11 years old, Dr. Swami realizes that questions can arise at any time. Patients can contact Dr. Swami on his cell phone after hours and on weekends. Fernandina Beach - Wednesday
Nocateel - Monday (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM), Thursday
