So there are a couple things to this. In my lil personal research our intestines are 7 feet long and hold mucus, bacteria, and other f***l matter. It is said to be able to hold 8 to 25 lbs of this stuff in your intestines/colon.

So the first thing you need to do is take a laxative of any sort. You have to get that cleansed first.

Also, you have to cut out white bread, yeast, sugar, and salt because they hold and absorb water in your body. It is said that during the day your body weight will fluctuate between 1-5 pounds due to how much water flows through your body in the course of a day through sweating or urinating. So by drinking water with lemon only, the lemon acids help the body break down the food in the stomach and the water without added sugars help flows through the body more fluent being converted to sweat or urine faster not being help up by bread, yeast, sugar, and salt like a sponge turning into fatty tissue.

Also, rice, corn, and beef are other things that are hard for the body to process so it stays in the body longer. Which adds to your weight.

*Now I know most ppl have a problem cutting all those things out immediately. But the good things is, you don't have to stop everything cold turkey... you can just cut back on how much unhealthy stuff u do eat.

The reason I gained so much weight is because my bread (fried food), yeast, sugar, salt, corn, beef, greasy foods, sodas/sugary drinks, and rice intake was greater than my level of exercise. So because I wasn't getting that stuff out fast enough it stored up in my body for energy like a sponge as fat cells.

So by taking laxatives to cleanse my intestines/colon and reducing the unhealthy foods and sugary drinks/sodas... I dropped 40 lbs in 3 months. I just started doing sit ups and crunches to focus more on tightening up my abs. Im doing 50 each every day til the end of October to see what that is going to do to help with my appearance. But overall... I tried a lot of other things and this made sense for me and has worked tremendously!

My name is Atlas and I have been trying everything from diets, to gym memberships, and everything in between to lose weight. Nothing seemed to work for me and honestly I felt so depressed, disappointed in myself, and discouraged. Nothing had ever defeated me so bad, as this weight loss journey process. I was so discouraged because every time I went to check the scale after all of the hard work I had put in my weight either stayed the same or I gained a pound or two. I gave up! I gave up on the process... I gave up on exercising... I literally gave up on me and accepted the fact that weight loss was just not for me! Well, after researching some things for myself... I came up with a strategy totally designed for me that would help with me getting my weight under control... and what do you know... in 3 months I went from 300 lbs to 265... and still dropping pounds every month. If you are in the mental state that i was in... this group is for you!! Let's share helpful hints, diet plans, exercises, and encouragement to help all of us become the best versions of ourselves that we can be! Let's Go!!!!!!
