This market, along with the one opened at Bon Secours Hospital, are the first to offer this convenient, AI technology at a fully-staffed coffee bar. Providing guests the opportunity to grab fresh food, coffee, or gifts 24/7 without having to wait in a checkout line makes the lives of patients, guests and staff much easier. This year, staff at hospitals throughout the U.S. experienced a flavor-packed preview of our refreshed patient menus! Attendees of these patient menu expos got to sample several menu items that were bold and fresh, but also still met clinical nutrition requirements for our patients. We are excited to keep pushing menu innovation forward for our patients, guests, and staff alike!
