🎁 Yes, we ship ! Every keepsake I make is different. I wasn't even expecting to do this for my momma but the umbilical cord was too pretty to paint in our signature gold color.

It dried in a way that allows you to see the veins and not all umbilical cords do after the drying process is complete. I enjoy creating memorable art for my mommas.

Price: $5.55 FOR A LIMITED TIME

This was made to provide black mothers with information on understanding the basics of medical jargon and childbirth education but tailored towards black women and the issues we face during pregnancy. This book explains how a doula can help and if you cannot get a doula you will AT LEAST have the confidence and knowledge to advocate for you and your baby in medical environments 🤰🏽. It even talk about PPD, placentophagy, and scenarios to help you navigate how to voice your concerns to your medical team.

Our maternal mortality rate is higher than any other race and I cannot keep watching our mothers beg for proper treatment and they are not taken care of.

Hi Everyone,

We appreciate everyone who has been referred to us or that we’ve been grateful to care for in 2022. However, we want to continue to meet the needs of our community 💕

We have gotten a few contacts over the holidays as we typically take 1-2 months off to enjoy family time. The Nurturing Nuggets Team has decided that moving forward ALL Birth & Postpartum Services will be postponed until further notice EXCEPT Local & Virtual Childbirth Education Classes (coming soon) and Placenta Encapsulation.

We hope to include these services again soon but don’t unfollow because we’ll still be posting content.

🚨Announcement🚨

While Monet has had the pleasure of helping new moms during the 4th trimester transition to motherhood (postpartum) 💕 she has decided to take a step back and focus on: birth work, placenta encapsulation, and childbirth education classes for moms in the community.

These are areas which are struggling for black doulas in OUR community and while she has very much enjoyed the overnight and daytime postpartum care with clients… AS OF JANUARY 1ST 2023 POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICES WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE WITH BACKUP DOULA (BUSINESS PARTNER-MONA, PER AVAILABILITY). Birth doula services will continue with Monet, however, it is subject to availability.
