Something I see often in practice 👇
Injuries don’t always cause symptoms right away.
Sometimes the body adapts, compensates, and keeps going — and years later, pain or other symptoms start to show up.
That doesn’t mean your body “suddenly broke.”
It usually means it’s been working around an old issue for a long time.
Old car accidents, falls, sports injuries, or even childhood injuries can still influence how your body moves and functions today 🧠➡️🦴
And when the body can’t compensate anymore, symptoms finally get your attention.
If you’ve been dealing with pain and can’t tie it to anything recent, this might be worth exploring 🤍
DM me if you want to come get checked, or if you’d like help getting connected with a trusted doctor near you.
You don’t have to figure this out on your own ✨
