Trainer: Why did you decide to come train with fit20?
Carolyn: ā€œI sort of believe in coincidences… one day I couldn’t lift a 40lb bag of mulch without cutting it in half. The very next day, I saw an ad for fit20. The encouragement about strength and longevity—not bikini bodies—impressed me. I joined six years ago this month, and at 76, I plan on being here until I can’t!ā€

Trainer: What improvements have you noticed?
