Trainer: Why did you decide to come train with fit20?
Carolyn: āI sort of believe in coincidences⦠one day I couldnāt lift a 40lb bag of mulch without cutting it in half. The very next day, I saw an ad for fit20. The encouragement about strength and longevityānot bikini bodiesāimpressed me. I joined six years ago this month, and at 76, I plan on being here until I canāt!ā
Trainer: What improvements have you noticed?
Carolyn: āMy energy is steadier, and I can carry that 40lb mulch bag with no problem. My stamina and strength are way up, and even my sister noticed how toned my arms and shoulders had become. That was a big surprise!ā
Trainer: How does fit20 compare to other programs?
