Do you have a passion for herbalism and wellness, Does Plant medicine and natural healing interest you but you want to learn more?
I’m looking for a dedicated, like-minded partner to join me in running and growing a small herb shop that’s rooted in healing, tradition, and sustainability.
This is an invitation to co-create. Depending on your involvement, there’s room for equity partnership, shared decision-making, and shaping the future of the shop. I’m open to various models—whether you join as a co-owner, investor-partner, or hands-on collaborator.
If you feel called to herbal work and dream of building something real and rooted, let’s talk. I’m looking for someone who values integrity, mutual growth, and the magic of plants as much as I do!
We specialize in high-quality dried herbs, custom tea blends, tinctures, creams, and wellness products—many made in-house with care. We serve a loyal and growing community who come not just for the products, but for the knowledge and genuine connection. There’s strong potential to expand into workshops and classes, online sales, wholesale, deeper community outreach and more.
What I’m Looking For:
Someone who brings skills, energy, and heart. Ideal qualities include:
-Herbal knowledge (clinical, folk, or both) or a willingness to learn deeply.
-Interest in business growth and operations (or experience with marketing, finance, inventory, etc.)
-Creative ideas and dedication to building something meaningful
-Reliability, flexibility, and strong communication!
-Bonus: background in skincare, apothecary work, farming, or holistic health.
*Again this is not a paid position. I’m looking for someone willing to contribute time, energy, and ideas (materials and/or financial input) as we build something sustainable, together. In return, you’ll have shared creative input, decision-making power, and a real stake in the growth and success of the shop.
