We’re so excited to tie dye heart shirts with you AND raise money for a good cause 💗

Reserve your shirt by making the your payment via Venmo or Cashapp and include your shirt design and size in the comments. Cash is accepted as well, please email Mia if this is your preferred method.

Drop in any time between 12-4 pm on Tuesday 10/28 and dye your shirt 🌀❤️

Happy November! 🍁 With the Holidays approaching you might be wondering how to stick to the Ornish guidelines during the Holiday season. Well, we have your back!

Our annual Holiday party on 11/15 at 11 am will not only be lots of fun, but full of valuable information (and samples!) to make sure you are as prepared as you can be to have a Ornish Friendly Thanksgiving. The tips you learn will be transferable to other social gatherings and holiday events, too.

Whether this is your first Ornish friendly holiday or you’re a seasoned alumni, you’ll learn something new and have fun doing it at our Holiday party 🥳

All current participants, alumni and family/friends are welcome! This is a fun event to bring our amazing community together and we hope we see you there 💓

We are so excited to announce that we have planned some super fun events in the coming months. We hope you can join us!

1st picture - Events schedule 📆 save the dates!

2nd picture - August Cooking Club on 8/22 at 2 pm. The theme is on home gardening and preparing foods with fresh herbs and plants 🌱

3rd picture - Alumni Tie Dye Party! 💗 We are excited to partner wirh A Tie Dye Party to host a fundraising event for our non-profit, Foundation for Health. Donations will help participants who need the program but cannot afford it. You’ll need to reserve your shirt ahead of time and come ready to dye it on 9/12 at 2 pm🤗

4th picture - 4th annual Synergy 5k 🏃🏃‍♀️ Join us on 9/21 at 9 am on Jax beach to run, walk or cheer on others. See the picture for more details!

WELLNESS SCHEDULE UPDATE 3/12-3/28 - Guided group exercise will temporarily move to Thursday afternoons from 1-2 pm starting this week thru the end of March.
