Sneezing repeatedly can be your body’s way of reacting to irritation, allergies, or seasonal changes. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, symptoms like sneezing and nasal congestion are often related to “wind” affecting the nasal passages.

One helpful acupressure point for this is LI20 — Ying Xiang (Welcome Fragrance). This point is commonly used to help open the nasal passages, reduce sneezing, and ease sinus congestion.

📍 Location:
On both sides of the nose, in the small groove beside the nostrils where the nose meets the cheek.

✨ How to use:
Using your index fingers, apply gentle pressure and massage in small circles for 30–60 seconds. This may help encourage better airflow and soothe irritation in the nasal area.

Acupressure is a simple way to support your body naturally when symptoms appear.

Ever wondered what those circular marks mean? They’re signs of healing! 🌿

Cupping therapy is an ancient healing technique that uses gentle suction to release tension, improve circulation, and draw out toxins from the body. It’s like giving your muscles a deep, detoxifying hug — leaving you feeling lighter, looser, and more relaxed.

At our clinic, we recommend pair cupping with acupuncture for even greater results — easing back pain, shoulder stiffness, neck tension, and even helping your body fight off colds. The suction encourages fresh blood flow and supports natural healing from within.

If your body feels heavy or tight, or you’ve been carrying stress for too long, cupping might be the release you’ve been needing. 💆‍♀️💫

Ready to give your body the reset it deserves? Book your cupping session today and experience what thousands of years of Traditional Chinese Medicine can do for you.

Sleep isn’t just about rest—it’s how your body resets stress.

When you don’t get quality sleep, your body produces more cortisol (your main stress hormone). Over time, this can lead to fatigue, anxiety, poor focus, and even a weakened immune system.

The good news?
Prioritizing sleep helps your body naturally regulate stress hormones, repair itself, and restore balance.

Small changes in your nighttime routine can make a big difference in how you feel—physically and emotionally.

🌿 Keep Moving, Even When You Don’t Feel Like It 🌿

Some days, it’s hard to find the energy to move. The body feels heavy, and the mind says, “Not today.” But I’ve learned that the hardest days are the ones that need movement the most.

It doesn’t have to be perfect — just something. A walk. A stretch. A deep breath. A small reminder that I’m still showing up for myself. 💛

Movement is a gift — not a chore. It’s how I remind my body that it’s loved, and my spirit that it’s strong. 💪
Even when it feels hard, I move for my peace, my health, and the version of me who never stopped trying. 🌸

Feeling a cold breeze or “wind” on the head can sometimes lead to headaches, neck stiffness, or discomfort. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is often described as “wind entering the body” through the back of the neck, an area that is particularly sensitive to cold and drafts.

One helpful acupressure point for this is DU16 — Feng Fu (Wind Mansion), located in the hollow just below the base of the skull at the back of the neck. Stimulating this point may help relax tight neck muscles, improve circulation to the head, and support the body in releasing that uncomfortable wind or cold sensation.

✨ How to use:
Apply gentle, steady pressure and massage the point in small circles for 30–60 seconds while breathing slowly.

Keeping the back of the neck warm can also help protect this area from wind exposure.
