A HUGE THANK YOU to our community who came out to our 2nd Annual Fall Festival here at Country Place! 🎉 We're blown away by the amazing turnout! 🌟 Big shoutout to our incredible local vendors and our friends from hospice/home health for their participation with games and candy! 🙏 a thank you to some of our Jacksonville NHS students for helping! A special thank you to Chalan for bringing the live entertainment and getting everyone in the mood! 🎶 And to our awesome director Kim Nolley, staff Kim Main and Kristie Goodman who helped, and especially our rockstar Activity Director Isabel Estrada - THANK YOU for making this event a success! 🎉 Your hard work and dedication shine through in every detail.
