Yoga Den Southside New Student Special 5 classes for $50! Yoga Den was founded in 2002, opening its first studio in the beautiful suburb of Mandarin in Jacksonville, Florida.

Offering all-levels classes (MindBody) as well as high energy-athletic classes (Sun Power), Yoga Den created eclectic blends of the styles and lineages that the founder had the privilege to learn from her teachers. With a post-traditional philosophy of ‘let the shape conform to you, not the other way around’, Yoga Den has always fostered a no-judgment attitude, and encourages students to listen to their bodies.

💖🤗🐰Join us for an unforgettable afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and bunny cuddles! Yoga Den Southside has partnered with Bebette’s bunny rescue, the only nonprofit rabbit rescue in Northeast Florida, for a special class where yoga meets compassion.

🐇🐇🐇The stars of the show? A sweet mama bunny and her four adorable babies, all rescued as strays, will be hopping freely throughout the studio while you flow through a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this joyful class promises smiles, connection, and cuteness overload.

We’re so excited to shine the spotlight on one of our amazing instructors, Chand Shah! ✨

Chand brings a deep passion for yoga and wellness to every class, and we are thrilled to have her teaching with us at Yoga Den. She is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor, having completed her training at Yoga Den in 2020, and she has been sharing her love for yoga with our community since 2021.

Chand's yoga journey began in 2018 when she turned to yoga to find balance in her life. It didn’t take long for her to realize the powerful impact yoga had on her mental health. Her own transformation led her to dive deeper into the practice, and now, she’s dedicated to helping others do the same!

Catch Chand every Monday at 7:15pm at Yoga Den Southside and Tuesday at 6:00pm at Yoga Den San Pablo for her invigorating Sun Power classes. 🌞 Whether you're a beginner or seasoned yogi, Chand’s classes are the perfect way to build strength, improve flexibility, and center your mind. 🧘🏽‍♀️

✨ Save the Date: Yoga Anatomy Workshop ✨ Chand will be teaching a 2-hour Yoga Anatomy Workshop on February 15th at 11:30am at Yoga Den Southside! This workshop is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your understanding of the body’s mechanics in yoga and explore proper alignment, injury prevention, and more. Perfect for teachers and students alike! 🦴

Chand’s journey also includes creating yoga videos for teenagers with knee pain and participating in research on yoga for teens with scoliosis, making her approach not just about fitness, but about healing, mindfulness, and long-term wellness.
