Heart-centered breathwork and energy medicine to help you navigate transitions and challenges I look forward to seeing you!

With a background in massage therapy and natural therapeutics I have been acquiring new techniques since I began my practice in 2001. When I moved back to Oregon in 2011 my practice began to take a new direction. I now focus more on the underlying layers and issues of imbalance that people tend to repress that are the cause of our physical ailments as well as the cause of our emotional suffering.

ThetaHealing has been a gift that has allowed me to help assist in people's healing by being shown the source of the pain or belief and witnessing the healing of belief patterns and structures that finally allow clients to live to their fuller potential. I also very much enjoy using ThetaHealing in clearing homes and spaces of unwanted or harmful energies. An energetically cleansed home is a noticeably lighter place to be. Numerology is a beautiful divination tool that has shown to be incredibly accurate. It really shines a light on people's greatest potentials while showing how to overcome their challenges as well. Numerology readings can be quite relevant for a number (hee hee) of reasons. I am open to trades and have a sliding scale for low income families.

Well, this is a moment we are in, isn’t it? I wanted to take a moment to check in and send love to you as we move through this eclipse portal. Things are shifting... as always. I’m not going to get into all of the astrology of this moment, but as I contemplate today’s energy there is a recurring theme that seems to be hitting me in the center:

BECOMING.

Do you (and do I) have the courage to let go of what was- of who we thought we were and where we thought we were going in order to become who we are now?

Now is all that really exists after all. So why hold so tightly to what was? Why wrap ourselves to an unknown future, allowing our limiting beliefs to shape our realities.

New moon solar eclipses are an interesting intersection of letting go (eclipse energy) and beginning anew (new moon energy). We get to do both. In letting go today and during this cycle, it immediately makes more room for us to Become who we are now... in this new moment of experience, of breath, of Life.

As I write this email, I am looking out over a balcony at the ocean of Brazil’s north east coast. It’s quite warm here, close the the equator, the wind offering relief as it dances through the open windows and doorways. There’s a sign that reads “Inspire Amor Expire Gratidão”. This is the best advice for these times - and always. Breathe in Love, Breathe out Gratitude.

I am in love with her. The textures of her skin, the reflections that shines at the surface of her depths- the feel of her breath on my skin, the way it moves my loose hair.

Every inch of her a masterpiece, a beauty dreamt into being.

We get to be here.

To dance on her altar, to pray with her breath, and dip into her waters.

For each moment, I am grateful and in awe of All That She Is. 🌏❤️

Hey y’all. I got some Numerology info and events to share. ⭐️

It’s 2025… and yeah it’s already February but I’ve just been catching up. And resting. And recharging. 2024 was a big one. And I have no doubts that 2025 will be a big one too.

It’s a 9 year in numerology so we have a lot of letting go to do. As well as a lot of celebrating. We’ve all come a long way during this past 9 year cycle and here we are at the finale. 🎆

I truly hope that they’ll be even more to celebrate at the end of this year once we allow ourselves to let go.
To let of of old baggage, belief systems, preconceived notions, obligations, nonsense, closed hearts, and the inability to love ourselves and others fully. Let’s let that s**t go already. Yeah?

These are fabulous tools to help us and our loved ones or clients get our bearings and understand ourselves more and the cycles of our own evolution.

Imbolc is here- the midway point between solstice and equinox. The old wizened Cailleach, the hag and mistress of winter passes the torch to Brigid- the maiden who brings forth the warmth of spring from the sacred fire she has tended at the altar of her own heart.

Join us tomorrow for a special Imbolc Heart Space and Breathwork, where we too will tend this fire and infuse it with our intentions, watching and feeling them grow as the light shines, lengthening our days and expanding our energy.

Oct-Dec dump✨
I dropped off my youngest daughter at college at the end of September, and it was a moment that signified the largest chapter of my life coming to completion. I love being a mama and I’m incredibly proud of my daughters and the amazing women that they have grown into and continue to grow into. Now, they are adults and the captains of their own great adventures...

As my role now shifts, the Universe has aligned me with the most beautiful friends, allies, and partnerships that have allowed me to spread my wings and fly from what so many people were labeling my life (an empty nest).

And so I continue this great adventure which is life. From Mexico in October to America’s South to a month and half of pin balling through Europe where I spent time in several countries from Norway to Italy enjoying the the culture, food, and people of many incredibly beautiful cities.

Then, from Italy to India which felt like landing on another planet entirely where I spent just two and half weeks visiting the many temples in the holy city of Varanasi. Then on to the Himalayan mountain villages of Himachel Pradesh where I experienced some of the most beautiful sacred hot springs and baths.

I spent a day in Narita Japan visiting Buddhist temples and doing some last minute holiday shopping on Christmas Eve on a long layover before meeting my girls in Hawaii for Christmas. It was incredible to be with them both and see how beautiful their lives are unfolding, simply enjoying each other’s company and poke picnics on the beautiful beaches of Oahu.

The courageous and heart-centered Lion is in mid-roar of this wild Leo season and I’m feeling creative, inspired, and a deep desire to connect from the Heart!

How about a pop-up Heart Space and Breathwork?!

The pic above is of my oldest daughter’s arm. When she was in 8th grade we went to Oahu for her class trip to celebrate the completion of her 8th year at the Waldorf charter school. As a volunteer “chaperone” I got to explore waterfalls, hikes, beaches, and the most incredible snorkeling I’ve ever experienced. My daughter who is always pushing the edges kept asking me to sneak out with her and go get tattoos... really??

Yeah, she was young - just 13, but she was feeling so full of aloha, passion, and creativity that it didn’t make sense to her to Not follow these urges...

But no, we did not sneak out of her 8th grade field trip to get tattoos. However, she now lives on Oahu and makes her living as a piercer and tattoo artist. She always wanted to get a lion tattoo on her arm. For her “strong and loyal (Leo) mama”. I told her that if she still wanted that tattoo when she was 18, then yeah, of course, go for it. Because, yes, I am a Leo and also a proud mama! I love to see my girls shine in the world.

The lion wasn’t her first tattoo. Well, her very first tattoo was small and hand-poked by a friend, but her second first tattoo
(😂) was a one that we got together in 2020 when we decided to retreat from the Covid madness to Mexico. The three of us (my younger daughter included) had the most incredible Christmas holiday enjoying the beaches, jungles, colors, and flavors of Mexico.
And... inevitably, we got our matching tattoos.

I would try to explain to you all the symbolism in the simple lines and shapes but mostly, this tattoo is a tribute to the three of us - and all the feminine archetypes. The girls, the women, the crones. The phases of the the moon and of life. The wild women who look to the stars and the signs of life and allow it all to fill our cups. Filling up the chalice.

Howrya all feeling out there? Spring has certainly made a grand entrance this year. Enjoy the wild ride as much as possible and remember that it can be gentle…

Sometimes we make things more difficult than necessary. Profound shifts can happen without alla that. Show up for it all with willingness and always remember to ask Creation to teach you and show you with gentleness. We’ve had plenty of hard processes. Let’s start dreaming the new dream to balance all the hype. It can be beautiful 🌿✨

I had a dream some months ago. It foretold some of what we would be walking through during these challenging times. This is a small clip of the dream which didn’t make much sense at the time:

“Stop throwing the babies!” I cried. She was driving down the road like a mad woman, swerving, and not watching the road. The car was full of little children, though they didn’t appear to be real. She was tossing them out the window with a wildness that was hysteria, some flung to the side of the road, others getting caught under the tires. I knew there was a living girl in the car, a very scared child. I was doing everything I could to get to her. “Stop!” I cried. “She’s not a doll. The child in the car is real and you’re going to hurt her.”

When I finally got to her, she was shaking and scared, buried beneath the bodies of girls that weren’t real.

“Who’s mother are you?” I demanded of the woman gone made. I needed to know who would do this. Tossing children like old wrappers out the window to litter the streets.

I didn’t understand this part of the dream… but now, so many months later it makes horrifying sense.

“If you went to a child’s funeral everyday for every child killed by 1sra£l” they said, “you would be going to funerals for the next 25 years.”

I sobbed.

And then, on Bournemouth beach in the UK, children were laid out in the sand, each fully dressed. They laid there, side by side, reaching out from empty clothes pleading… The line of bodiless souls was 5km long.

I cried some more, which felt entirely selfish and pointless. How dare I grieve these children when most of their parents never even had the chance to do that, to clutch at their hearts and howl, demanding life to explain the unfairness.

Who will listen if there are no voices to grieve?

So I give voice to grief. Because maybe I am the madwoman, turning a blind eye to the heaps of children, mothers, grandmothers, whole lineages of souls being erased. As their bodies pile, the only way of protecting this human heart is to look at it as if it’s not real. That is bulls**t. My heart is broken, and I will allow it to continue to break 💔
