🌮🎉 Happy Cinco de Mayo from The Fountains at Mill Cove! 🎉🌮

We had a fiesta-filled day celebrating with a delicious themed meal that brought all the fun and flavor! Our walking taco action station was a huge hit!

And the celebration didn’t stop there! After lunch, residents enjoyed a festive margarita bar featuring margarita flights—because one flavor just isn’t enough! 🍹✨

It was a wonderful day of great food, good company, and vibrant celebrations. ¡Salud! 🇲🇽💃

We’re still dreaming about our day out fishing at Vilano Pier last month! 🎣🌊 From the ocean breeze to the excitement of every catch, our residents had an unforgettable time soaking up the sunshine and making memories together. We may be back home at The Fountains at Mill Cove, but we sure wish we were still out on the pier with our fishing poles in hand! ☀️🐟

⚾️🌟 Batter up for a GRAND time! 🌟⚾️

Our residents are out at the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp game and soaking up every moment of the fun! From the crack of the bat to the cheers of the crowd, it’s a night full of laughter, excitement, and hometown pride. 🧢🎉

There’s nothing like enjoying America’s favorite pastime with great friends, ballpark snacks, and plenty of smiles all around. We might even have a few future MVPs in our crew! 😉

Spring is in the air, and we’re soaking up every beautiful bloom here at The Fountains at Mill Cove! 🌸🌿

Our flower arranging classes have been such a joy—filled with creativity, laughter, and stunning arrangements made by our talented residents. There’s nothing like bringing a little extra color and freshness into our days!

We’re excited to share that another class is coming later this month, and we can’t wait to do it all again. Stay tuned for more floral fun! 💐✨

Gardening and dancing? Why can’t both happen at the same time! Our memory care garden is starting to come together, we can’t wait to see how beautiful our residents make it!

🌎🍽️ Our March Dinner Club took residents on a flavorful journey to Brazil! 🇧🇷✨

This was no ordinary Brazilian steakhouse experience, our culinary team curated a truly unique adventure filled with authentic and delicious dishes from start to finish.

We began the evening with Cochinhas paired with Aji Verde, followed by a savory Shrimp Moqueca served with Pão de Queijo. For our main course, residents enjoyed a hearty trio of Churrasco, Feijoada, and Chimichurri—a perfect blend of bold and traditional flavors.

To end on a sweet note, dessert featured Bolo de Cenoura with Bala Baiana, leaving everyone smiling! 🍰

And of course, the night wouldn’t be complete without our specialty drink—a refreshing spiked Brazilian lemonade! 🍋🥂

It was a night full of great food, fun, and cultural exploration right here at The Fountains at Mill Cove. We can’t wait to see where our next Dinner Club adventure takes us! 🌟

Our residents had an unforgettable day experiencing the joy of horse therapy! 🐴✨

From grooming these beautiful animals to feeding them and spending time up close, it was a day filled with smiles, connection, and new experiences. Moments like these bring so much happiness and a sense of calm to everyone involved.

We’re so grateful for opportunities like this that allow our residents to get out, try something new, and make wonderful memories together! 💛
