This week marks the first anniversary of JOI Counseling Services, and I couldn't be more grateful for the incredible journey this past year has been. 🌟

Over the past 12 months, I've had the privilege of supporting and empowering so many amazing individuals on their mental health journeys. From overcoming anxiety and depression to building resilience and fostering self-love, I've seen firsthand the power of mental wellness.

Thank you to this supportive community, and most importantly, the courageous clients. Your trust, strength, and commitment to bettering your mental health inspires me every day.
