Join our team as a Community Health Worker!
This role provides an exciting opportunity to engage with the community, support health education, and help connect individuals with vital health and human services.

What You’ll Do:
Provide culturally appropriate health education and support
Support a social media strategy to increase community awareness
Administer surveys and track program progress
Help develop a social media strategy to increase brand awareness
Collaborate with a dynamic team to meet Urban Health Alliance’s objectives

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
BLS Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
Community Health Worker Certification (within 1 year of hire)
Strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license (Florida or Georgia)
