✨Leadership Spotlight: Commander Randi Glossman✨

We’re pleased to announce that Commander Randi Glossman of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office will be a featured speaker at the Zero Su***de Jax Summit on August 14, 2025.

With over 30 years of law enforcement experience, Commander Glossman leads JSO’s Health and Wellness Section, overseeing key programs such as Peer Support,Critical Incident Stress Management, Chaplaincy services, counseling, and the station dog initiative. She also helped launch the P.O.W.E.R. wellness program and serves on the National Fraternal Order of Police Wellness Committee, supporting officers’ mental health nationwide.

Her leadership continues to shape how agencies approach wellness, resilience, and su***de prevention in public safety.
