Memorial Care on Founders offers in-person, telephone and two-way video appointments. Schedule appointments on our app or online at MyMemorialApp.com. Phone Hours: M-F 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Lab Hours: M-F 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. & 1:30 - 4 p.m. Imaging Hours: M-F 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. & 1:30 - 5 p.m. Holiday hours may differ.
