Re-Accredited and Congratulations!
Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) has approved Absolute Care Home Health Services for the Home Health program with a recommendation for continued Deemed Status. Services approved are Home Health Aide Services, Medical Social Services, Occupational Therapy Services, Physical Therapy Services, Speech Therapy Services, and Skilled Nursing Services.
ACHC awards accreditation to Absolute Care Home Health Services that demonstrate compliance with ACHC Standards and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' (CMS) Conditions of Participation (CoPs). This is an achievement that we can be proud of, and one that reflects our dedication to delivering safe, high-quality care to those we serve.
