When my team asked, “Dr. Adams, can we have a holiday party?”, my answer was an easy "YES!" 🎉 And my heart was full.

Nothing says "we love where we work* more than a team that genuinely wants to spend time together outside the office. That’s culture. That’s connection. ❤️

And to top it off… it was a pajama party! 🛌🎄 Great food, nonstop laughs, and dancing (if you know, you know 😉). We had such a fun time, the party even carried over to someone’s house afterward!

What a beautiful way to celebrate the season. So grateful for this work family. More pictures to come soon.

We’re beyond proud of our very own Dr. Marrow, who was recently featured as a guest speaker at the Annual Body and Mind Women’s Health Symposium hosted by St. Vincent’s Hospital! 🙌🏽

Joining two other powerhouse physicians, Dr. Marrow delivered an engaging, insightful, and incredibly relatable talk covering everything from menopause and hot flashes 🥵, offering real solutions, honest conversations, and lots of laughs along the way.

If you’ve ever heard Dr. Marrow speak, you know she brings the perfect mix of clinical expertise, authenticity, and heart. 💬❤️ Her ability to connect with women at every stage of life is nothing short of amazing.

After welcoming her first precious baby via cesarean due to breech presentation, this mama went into her second pregnancy with a mix of hope and fear. Her heart longed for a VBAC, but part of her couldn’t shake the “what ifs”—What if this baby was breech too? What if she labored for hours only to face another belly birth?

From the very beginning, we talked about conquering those “what ifs.” I reminded her that while birth is unpredictable, she could still feel strong, informed, and supported every step of the way. I told her, “Your birth story is already written. This time, you get to meet it feeling empowered.”
