🇮🇹 Ciao! Alvin brought the taste of Italy to us with an Italian lunch! Caprese salad, chicken Parmesan, shrimp Alfredo, and tiramisu for dessert…delizioso! 🍝

🇫🇷 Our next adventure took us to France to a local pâtisserie where we sampled different French pastries and desserts. The éclairs were quite popular, the croissants were buttery and delicious, but the macarons were absolutely fabulous! 🥐

Happy Assisted Living Week! This year’s theme is Ageless Adventure, so we’re taking a tour around the world exploring the multitude of cultural experiences.

🇯🇵 Our first adventure was making sushi "in" Japan. Learning how to roll the seaweed and rice was very satisfying, and the combination of cucumber, avocado, and crab was delicious! 🍣
