Sepsis is the body’s overwhelming and life-threatening response to infection, which can lead to organ failure, tissue damage, and death. According to the Sepsis Alliance, sepsis is the leading cause of death in U.S. hospitals. Ensuring a Healthy Start of the School Year

As the new school year approaches, it’s important to ensure that your student has the required vaccines and physicals before classes begin. If you are always tired, even after getting a full night's rest, your body might be telling you something...

Here are five signs that you are not getting enough sleep:
🛌 You don't want to get out of bed, and you run out of steam before the day ends.
😒 You can't shake your bad mood and are often irritable.
🍎 You're making poor food choices and skipping going to the gym.
⚠️ You're making errors or having a harder time completing certain tasks.
🪞 When you look into the mirror, you don't look like yourself.
