4 scoops 1st Phorm Strawberry Candy BCAAs
10 strawberries, plus extra to decorate
1 lime (juice)
75ml water
3 large handfuls ice

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until slushy. You don’t want to overdo it here – just blend enough before it liquefies too much.

2. Pour into glasses and decorate each glass with a fresh strawberry. Perfect sweet treat!

Happy Valentine’s Day!!!! Instead of your usual chocolates and dipped strawberries try these Strawberry Shortcake Protein Bites as a great alternative.

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut flour or oat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 scoop 1st Phorm Strawberry Milkshake Protein
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp almond or vanilla extract
1 TBSP unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3–5 fresh strawberries
1 oz freeze-dried strawberries (measures to a little more than a cup)
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1.In a food processor blend oats, flour, salt, and protein powder until combined (less than a minute).
2.Add yogurt, vanilla or almond extract, unsweetened almond milk, and fresh strawberries to the food processor. Blend to combine (about a minute). Add coconut oil and blend one last time, just long enough to evenly distribute the coconut oil.
3.Add the freeze-dried strawberries and pulse a few times. Don’t over blend. There should be chunks of the dried strawberries.
4.Scoop out a spoonful of the batter and roll it into a ball. Repeat until you run out of batter (approximately 20 bites).

Here’s an alternative for your sweet tooth! Try these 1st Phorm cake batter bites!

1/3 cup 1ST Phorm Vanilla Protein
1/4 tsp Almond extract
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/3 cup oat flour
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup cashew butter
