What is astigmatism?
Astigmatism is a common eye problem that can make your vision blurry or distorted. It happens when your cornea (the clear front layer of your eye) or lens (an inner part of your eye that helps the eye focus) has a different shape than normal.

The most common symptoms of astigmatism are:

Jeaneva is a Patient Coordinator at Riverside Eye and Laser Specialists. She joined our practice in 2004 and enjoys interacting with our wonderful patients daily. She performs a wide variety of functions in the office and her goal is to provide excellent customer service to ensure our patients are well taken care of and their appointments go smoothly. She is the "glue" that holds our front desk together and we couldn't do it without her. She is the warm, smiling, sweet face you see when you check in and the last face you see on your way out.
