Thank you to the almost 100 yogis who showed up on their mats for our first yoga class is 18 months! We are grateful for your patience, support and understanding as we worked through the technical difficulties of the class. Although it didn’t turn out 💯 the way we planned, we hope you had as much fun as we did simply being together again and flowing with super yoga teacher . We do want to explain what happened - the technical difficulty was on our end. The equipment we had would not allow us to project both the music of the DJ and microphone (teachers voice) into the headset. Sort of makes it difficult to have a Silent Disco yoga class without those two things happening 😡. We apologize and please know it will never happen again - again thank you for being you and making the most of it!
Reminder if you were in class to email holler@yogast8.com to claim your free class at YOGAST8. Even if you’ve checked out the studio before - you still get a free class pass!!
We will also be offering discount codes to our next class for those yogis who attended on Sunday.
Also a HUGE thank you to and for hosting us. Don’t forget to use those $20 gift cards for any 50+ minute service and have full access to the amenities (rooftop pool? Yes please!)

Let’s doooooo this!!! About 500 days late but it’s happening! Join us for our first Louisville class since February 2020 on August 8th at Omni Louisville . We have missed you and can’t wait to see you on your mat! Join us for Silent Disco Yoga with Abica Dubay and to celebrate our local yoga community and new(ish) studio . will provide the post class beverage and we will have our favorite yogi shops set up for you to enjoy. Thanks for hanging in there with us…we are better together. 🙏🏽 🧘‍♀️ ❤️

Hi Tribe,
Like everyone in the world today, Soul Cleanse has been faced with making a decision with concerns to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and our community events. After days of weighing a multitude of information we are saddened to make the decision Silent Disco Yoga at Omni Louisville will be rescheduled. Our hope was to continue with the event and provide an outlet for our community and celebrate the birth of Yogast8 during this difficult time. However, we want to support and protect our community more than anything.
We will keep you posted on the new date! If you would like a refund in the meantime, just shoot us a request through Eventbrite.

We'll move through well-loved poses with a deeper awareness of joint strength, intention and the subtle body. We'll call upon the energies of renewal and balance of the spring equinox and allow our inner light to shine! Class will end with a guided crystal meditation connecting you to your heart center to plant beautiful seeds of intention for the season ahead. You'll store your intention in the rose quartz and take it with you on your journey.
