He is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 25 years of experience, specializing in multicultural and veterans counseling. Noel counsels families and individuals experiencing anxiety, bereavement, depression, family related issues, mood, psychotic and substance use disorders, PTSD and trauma. He also provides opioid risk assessments.
