Our Story
I am a Medical Massage Practitioner whose focus is on the client feeling better physically and mentally, if possible. I implement many different modalities tailored to their specific needs as they change until the desired effect has been achieved. The rest is maintenence! Rates are as follows: 60 min ~ $60 90 min~ $90 120 min~ $120 *each session runs an additional 30mins to allow for client tardiness, consultation, post wellness chat, etc. Modalities (all same rate and practiced as needed): Swedish Deep Tissue Gua Sha Cupping Myo-fascial Cranio Sacral Neuromuscular Sports Pre-natal Trigger Point Therapy Lymphatic drainage Custom......and more! Tips: -First appointment clients please arrive 15 mins prior to your session to fill out paperwork and to have a brief consultation of your needs. -Wear something comfortable and that is easy to get in and out of. -Drink plenty of water before and after appt. IMPORTANT INFO: -If you are in your fist trimester of pregnancy it is not advisable to have bodywork. -Blood thinner medication is an immediate dismissal. -Special precautions must be made for diabetics. -Recent cardiovascular issues should always be accompanied by a note of approval from your M.D. -Injuries taking place within the last 24-48 hours should not have bodywork. Rest is advised and then massage may/may not be an option depending on severity. -Certain cancer treatments may be contraindicated for massage as well so check with your doctor before making an appt. Any other questions/comments feel free to message me!!
