This WEDNESDAY in NOCATEE: Join us for our monthly Parkinson's Meet, Greet, and Learn meeting for a presentation by Dr. Jesse S. Cohen, M.D., Neurologist with UF Health Jacksonville, and University of Florida Assistant Professor of Neurology. The Parkinson's Meet, Greet, and Learn meeting happens the first Wednesday of each month from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. at the COA Center at UF Health Nocatee, 351 Town Plaza Ave., Suite 205, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081. About Dr. Cohen: Jesse Cohen, MD, is a University of Florida assistant professor of neurology and a neurologist at UF Health Jacksonville. Dr. Cohen received his medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He completed his neurology residency and subspecialty training in movement disorders at the University of Pennsylvania.

He completed a master of science in translational research at the University of Pennsylvania, where his thesis used neuroimaging to identify the brain areas responsible for cognitive and sleep dysfunction in Parkinson disease and other Lewy body disorders.

His research aims to find in vivo neuroimaging biomarkers that explain heterogeneity in Lewy body disorders, with a particular interest in the relationship between sleep, cognition, and the anatomic selectivity of neurodegenerative processes.
