Join our friends from @ Julie's Pink Warrior in their annual Miles for Mammos 5k on October 18th at the Jacksonville Commons! The 5K starts at 9:00 AM, so be sure to arrive warmed up and ready to move.
All proceeds from the event will support Julie's Pink Warriors in providing free screening mammograms to the underinsured and uninsured in Onslow County.
The Miles for Mammos 5k Run is on Saturday October 18, 2025. It includes the following events: 5k, Kids 5 and Under No shirt/No medal, Virtual 5k, 5k No Shirt/No Medal, and Virtual 5k No Shirt/No Medal.

Dr. David Roska
After 20 years of distinguished service in the United States Navy, Dr. David C. Roska joined the Onslow Memorial Hospital Healthcare Team. He is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist and face, head, and neck surgical specialist. With more than 20 years of experience practicing medicine, Dr. Roska provides comprehensive care to pediatric through geriatric patients. Dr. Roska has specialty interests in the areas of sinus surgery (FESS), nasal surgery (Septorhinoplasty), endocrine surgery (thyroid surgery), saliva gland surgery, and ear surgery (Otoplasty). Dr. Roska also has additional expertise in the areas of industry-leading skincare rejuvenation with Lumenis CO2 and ResurFX lasers, Intense Pulsed Light/IPL, and with Botox and Dermal Fillers (Restylane and BellaFill). Dr. Roska also provides minimally invasive surgery and procedure options, such as sinus and eustachian tube balloonplasty and other in-office procedures. Dr. Roska, as a resident of the Crystal Coast, is honored to provide specialty care to Jacksonville and the surrounding communities, as well as continued service to active duty service members, their dependents, and retirees.
Dr. Stephanie Sandoval
Dr. Sandoval is the newest member of the Onslow Ear, Nose, and Throat team. She earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, her B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSDO) with a minor in Psychology, and her M.S in General Psychology from Texas A&M University - Kingsville. She received her Au.D. in Audiology from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. Before joining the Onslow ENT team, she was a Clinical Doctor of Audiology at Houston Methodist ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery, Texas Medical Center. When she’s not in the office, Dr. Sandoval enjoys running, reading non-fiction books, and exploring coastal North Carolina with her family and dog Daphne.
Dr. Myron Yencha, Jr.
Dr. Yencha is an extremely skilled board-certified Otolaryngologist. He provides comprehensive care to pediatric through geriatric patients. Dr. Yencha has additional training and specialty interest in the following areas: Endocrine Surgery (thyroid and parathyroid); Salivary gland surgery (parotid and submandibular glands); Sleep Surgery (pediatrics and adults); Laryngeal/Voice Surgery; Nose Surgery (correction of breathing issues and deformities of the nose). In addition to practicing medicine for over 20 years, Dr. Yencha is a former Assistant Professor of Surgery, former Chief of Surgery, author of numerous medical articles, and a retired Captain of the United States Navy after serving 29 years. Dr. Yencha is also a Diplomate for the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, Sleep Medicine as well as a fellow for The American College of Surgeons, The American College of Chest Physicians, and The American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Outside of work, Dr. Yencha is an ISU International Long Track Speed Skating starter, proud husband to wife Vanessa, and father of two daughters.
