💡 How to Do a Thyroid Self-Check:
1️⃣ Use a mirror to look at your neck as you swallow a sip of water.
2️⃣ Watch for any unusual lumps or swelling in the thyroid area (below your Adam’s apple).
3️⃣ Take a sip of water and swallow
4️⃣Look and feel for any lumps or bulges
If you notice anything unusual, schedule a visit with your healthcare provider. 💙
