Be aware of signs of thyroid problems, such as unexplained fatigue, mood changes, weight fluctuations, or changes in your skin and hair. These could be indicators that something is wrong with your thyroid. If you suspect you have thyroid issues, it’s important to talk to your healthcare provider.
