My name is Tiffany and I am an advocate for changing the birth narrative in our world. I am trained through DONA International and by hands on experience of supporting moms through various birth experiences over the last 13 years. I am a mama with a passion for supporting other moms in this amazing journey. For as long as I can remember I have always had an interest in women's health, pregnancy, and babies. This is due in part to being told at a young age that I would have great trouble conceiving because of endometriosis. My struggle with infertility and the eventual loss my first child carved a deep well of appreciation for the great gift life truly is and it is from this well that I give empathic and compassionate care to my birth mamas.

As I went on to have 3 very different birth experiences with each of my children I grew in greater understanding of just how important the right education, resources, and support really are. I was fortunate to have doulas for each of my births and it impacted my experience more than I can adequately put into words. They answered questions, calmed my worries, gave me exposure to evidence based care when making important decisions, guided me emotionally and mentally through each pressure wave, and ultimately championed me as each baby came earth-side. This is what empowered birth should look like. This is what I hope to do for each of my birth mamas. Your pregnancy and birth is a unique journey you will remember for your whole life and it’s a complete honor to be a guide, advocate, and support to you.
