We’ve got big news! Our office is MOVING and we will temporarily be located at 836 Prudential Dr Ste 802 Jacksonville, FL 32207. This applies to appointments scheduled starting 12/29. Pediatric Home Services brought their mobile sim lab to Center One and are running real-life medical scenario demonstrations on a state of the art patient simulator! Dr. Andrew Simonsen and Dr. Bruce Maddern, with the rest of the Simonsen & Maddern Pediatric ENT team, are pleased to announce that Dr. Angela Black will be joining the practice on January 3, 2022.

Dr. Black is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a well-respected Pediatric ENT in the Jacksonville area practicing Pediatric Otolaryngology for over 8 years. She specializes in airway, swallowing and voice disorders. Taking care of medically complex populations is her passion. Dr. Black has been part of the Snyder Family Cleft and Craniofacial Center at Wolfson Children’s Hospital for many years. She was also director of the Aerodigestive program at Nemours Childrens Health for 7 years. She believes doctor-patient relationships are key to providing quality health care. Dr. Black strives to build strong relationships with each of her patients by providing individualized care and education, so you are well-informed about your child’s health.
