Congratulations to Judith, who recently regained her independence through rehab here at Life Care Center of Jacksonville! 🎉

Judith came to us unable to walk and needing quite a bit of assistance with getting around and taking care of self-care tasks. Physical and occupational therapists worked with her on strength, endurance, mobility, and functional skills, and in the end, her hard work paid off. 😉

"The rehab team truly care about their patients and their progress," Judith shared. "I felt supported and encouraged at every visit. If it weren't for the staff, I would not make it this far." 🩷

We are so very proud of Dennis for completing his therapy program with us! 👏

Dennis came to us to recover from multiple health complications, and he worked diligently with physical, occupational, and speech therapy to regain mobility, strength, function and swallowing ability.

🗨️ "I am so happy to see how much progress he has made," one of his family members shared with us. "He hasn't walked in 6 months, and look at him now!"

For his own part, Dennis said, "This facility is the best one I've been to. The staff was excellent, and rehab was exceptional." 👍
